悦悦画画隐私政策

悦悦画画（以下简称“本 App”）是一款面向 3～6 岁儿童的绘画与涂色 App，由 Eric Cai（以下简称“我们”）提供。我们非常重视儿童和家长的隐私。本政策说明本 App 和本网站处理哪些信息，以及我们不做什么。

我们不收集任何个人信息

• 本 App 不要求注册或登录，没有账号系统。
• 本 App 不会向儿童或家长索取姓名、年龄、生日、邮箱、电话、位置、照片或任何其他个人信息。
• 本 App 不包含广告，不使用任何第三方统计、分析、广告或追踪工具，也不进行跨 App 或跨网站的跟踪。
• 本 App 自身不会发起任何网络请求，也不会把任何信息发送给我们或任何第三方。我们没有服务器来接收这些信息。

留在设备上的内容

• 孩子的作品（填色、笔迹、画框选择等）只保存在本设备上的 App 存储空间中。我们看不到这些作品。
• 如果设备开启了 iCloud 备份或电脑备份，这些作品会随设备备份一起由 Apple 或你的电脑保存，与其他 App 的数据一样，由你的设备设置决定。
• 声音、动画等偏好设置也只保存在本设备上。
• 删除本 App 会同时删除设备上的这些作品。

购买

• 本 App 提供一次性的 App 内购买（“完整版”）。购买、恢复购买和退款全部由 Apple 的 App Store 处理。
• 我们收不到你的付款信息、Apple 账户信息或任何可以识别你的信息。本 App 只会在设备上向 App Store 查询“是否已购买完整版”，用来决定是否解锁图画。
• 所有与购买相关的操作只在“家长专区”中提供，进入前需要通过家长验证。

分享、打印与照片图库

• 导出图片、系统分享、打印只在“家长专区”中提供，需要先通过家长验证。
• 只有当家长主动选择分享、存储或打印时，作品的副本才会离开本 App，并发送到家长选择的位置（例如隔空投送、信息、“文件”、照片图库或打印机）。之后这份副本由所选的服务或设备按其各自的隐私政策处理。
• 当家长选择“存储图像”时，系统会询问是否允许本 App 向照片图库添加照片。本 App 只会添加，不会读取照片图库中的任何内容。

外部链接

本 App 唯一的外部链接是本隐私政策的网页，位于“家长专区”中，需要先通过家长验证。

通过邮件联系我们

如果你给我们发邮件，我们会收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容，只用来回复你，不会用于其他用途，也不会提供给他人。邮件通过 Google 的 Gmail 服务收发。你可以随时要求我们删除这些邮件。

本网站

本网站（serenapaints.com）不使用 Cookie，没有广告、统计或第三方脚本和字体。网站由 Cloudflare 托管：为了传送网页和防范攻击，Cloudflare 会处理访问者的 IP 地址等技术信息，并可能向我们提供不能识别个人的汇总数据（例如访问次数）。

儿童隐私

本 App 专为儿童设计，因此我们从设计上避免收集任何信息：不收集、不使用、不披露儿童的个人信息。根据美国《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA）、欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）以及中国《个人信息保护法》《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》等法律，家长有权了解我们处理哪些儿童信息；对于本 App，答案是：没有。如果你认为孩子曾通过邮件向我们发送过个人信息，请联系我们，我们会将其删除。

本政策的变更

如果本 App 的行为发生变化，我们会更新本政策，并修改上方的生效日期。重大变更会在 App 更新说明中告知。

Serena Paints Privacy Policy

Serena Paints (“the app”) is a drawing and coloring app for children aged 3 to 6, provided by Eric Cai (“we”). We take the privacy of children and parents seriously. This policy explains what the app and this website handle, and what they don't do.

We don't collect any personal information

• The app has no accounts and no sign-in.
• The app never asks children or parents for a name, age, birthday, email address, phone number, location, photos or any other personal information.
• The app has no ads and uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it doesn't track anyone across other apps or websites.
• The app itself makes no network requests and sends no information to us or to anyone else. We have no server to receive any.

What stays on the device

• Children's paintings (fills, brush strokes, chosen frames) are stored only in the app's storage on this device. We never see them.
• If the device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, the paintings are included in that backup like any other app's data, as set in the device's settings.
• Sound and animation preferences are stored only on this device.
• Deleting the app deletes these paintings from the device.

Purchases

• The app offers a one-time in-app purchase (“Full Version”). Purchases, restores and refunds are handled entirely by Apple's App Store.
• We never receive payment details, Apple Account details or anything that identifies you. On the device, the app asks the App Store only whether the full version has been bought, to decide which pictures to unlock.
• Everything related to purchases is only available in the grown-ups' area, behind a parental gate.

Sharing, printing and the photo library

• Exporting pictures, sharing and printing are only available in the grown-ups' area, behind a parental gate.
• A copy of a painting leaves the app only when a parent chooses to share, save or print it, and goes where the parent sends it (such as AirDrop, Messages, Files, the photo library or a printer). That copy is then handled by the chosen service or device under its own privacy policy.
• When a parent chooses Save Image, the system asks whether the app may add photos to the photo library. The app only adds; it never reads anything from the photo library.

Links outside the app

The app's only link to the web is to this privacy policy, in the grown-ups' area, behind a parental gate.

Contacting us by email

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you, and we never use them for anything else or share them with anyone. Email is sent and received through Google's Gmail. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

This website

This website (serenapaints.com) uses no cookies and has no ads, analytics, or third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as visitors' IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site, and may give us aggregate figures that don't identify anyone (such as the number of visits).

Children's privacy

The app is designed for children, so it is built to collect nothing: we don't collect, use or disclose personal information from children. Under laws such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), parents may ask what information we process about their children; for this app, the answer is none. If you believe your child has sent us personal information by email, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the app's behavior changes, we will update this policy and the effective date above, and mention significant changes in the app's release notes.
